If you are an Ohio Resident, and you do NOT pay in cash during our scheduled pickup time, then we will automatically charge your card on file with Proxibid and assume that your items are being shipped. - WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING checks or money orders as payment, due to delays in mail delivery time. We understand that you may not be in a hurry to receive your items, but we ARE in a hurry to get paid and ship those items out to you! Our goal is to have everything shipped out within 4 days after the auction ends, and doing so requires that we receive payments quickly. OUT OF STATE BUYERS: Guns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state, and we will need a copy of your dealer's license sent to us before we can ship the gun. FFL can be emailed to russ@rdfarnsworth.com or faxed to (330) 266-2472. See each lot description for shipping options and costs (listed shipping costs do not include insurance - insurance will be extra, and costs $1.50 per $100 of valuation). Your credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged automatically after the auction, unless you have given us other instructions. Make sure each item is legal to own in your state before you bid! No international shipping. LOCAL BUYERS: Pickup date is Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 9 AM until 1 PM at our office in Seville, OH. Additional pickup times are available by appointment during normal business days. No weekend appointments. All FFL Rules apply. Gun buyers will need to complete ATF Form 4473 at time of pickup. We do accept valid Ohio CCWs in lieu of NICS background check. Ohio residents will have the option of paying CASH during the pickup time for a 5% discount. If you don't pay cash during the scheduled pickup time, then your card on file will be charged immediately afterwards. 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged for all sales to Ohio Residents (and also to non-residents, if the items are being picked up at our location). If you are a non-Ohio resident who will be picking your items up and paying cash, then make sure to call us before the auction ends so we know not to charge your credit card. ADDITIONAL TERMS: All items are sold as is with no guarantees or warranties. All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Long Guns, ammunition, and accessories usually ship by UPS Ground, but may also shipped via USPS priority. - Non-Firearm Items will be shipped to the 'SHIP TO' address you have listed on Proxibid, unless you tell us otherwise. Firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state. FFL copies can be faxed to (330) 266-2472, emailed to russ@rdfarnsworth.com, or text messaged to (330) 334-3731. We cannot ship your gun until we have received a copy of your dealer's FFL.

All Sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding. - Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Your credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged immediately after the auction. Make sure the card is valid prior to bidding. Any bidder who pays with a credit card agrees that he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances. - Wire transfers are accepted for invoices over $2,000, and are our preferred method of payment for invoices over $4,000. We offer a 5% discount (5% buyer's premium instead of 10%) for wire transfer payment. - ALL FFL rules apply. Firearm sales are subject to 4473 transfer. If being shipped, they must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in the buyer's home state. Farnsworth Auctions LLC is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. - Items must be removed during the scheduled removal time.
