Make sure each item is legal to own in your state before you bid! No international shipping. LOCAL BUYERS: Pickup date is Monday, October 4, 2021 from 9 AM until 1 PM at our office in Seville, OH. Additional pickup times are available by appointment during normal business days. No weekend appointments. All FFL Rules apply. Gun buyers will need to complete ATF Form 4473 at time of pickup. We do accept valid Ohio CCWs in lieu of NICS background check. Ohio residents will have the option of paying CASH (not checks) during the pickup time for a 5% discount. If you don't pay cash during the scheduled pickup time, then your card on file will be charged immediately afterwards. 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged for all sales to Ohio Residents (and also to non-residents, if the items are being picked up at our location). If you are a non-Ohio resident who will be picking your items up and paying cash, then make sure to call us before the auction ends so we know not to charge your credit card. Non-Firearm Items will be shipped to the 'SHIP TO' address you have listed on Proxibid, unless you tell us otherwise. Firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state. FFL copies can be faxed to (330) 266-2472, emailed to russ@rdfarnsworth.com, or text messaged to (330) 334-3731. We cannot ship your gun until we have received a copy of your dealer's FFL.

Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding. - Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Your credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged immediately after the auction. Make sure the card is valid prior to bidding. Any bidder who pays with a credit card agrees that he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances. - Wire transfers are accepted for invoices over $1,000, and are our preferred method of payment for invoices over $4,000.
