Payment Options:

1) Visa/MasterCard/Discover. Your card on file with Proxibid will be charged automatically after the auction (unless you are utilizing one of the other payment options). Make sure your card on file is current!

2) Wire Transfer - 5% discount (Buyer's premium will be lowered to 5% instead of 10%). Eligible on invoices over $2,000 only. Contact us after the auction if you'd like to pay by wire transfer, and we will email you the wiring instructions.

3) Cash - LOCAL BUYERS ONLY - 5% discount (Buyer's premium will be lowered to 5% instead of 10%) Eligible only for local buyers who will be picking up their items during our scheduled pickup time. If you are an Ohio Resident, and you do NOT pay in cash during our scheduled pickup time, then we will automatically charge your card on file with Proxibid and assume that your items are being shipped. Keep in mind that all sales picked up in person and all orders shipped to Ohio residents are subject to 6.75% sales tax.

OUT OF STATE BUYERS: Guns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state, and we will need a copy of your dealer's license sent to us before we can ship the gun. FFL can be emailed to russ@rdfarnsworth.com or faxed to (330) 266-2472. See each lot description for shipping options and costs (listed shipping costs include insurance up to $600 - additional insurance will be extra, and costs $1.80 per $100 of valuation). Make sure each item is legal to own in your state before you bid! We cannot ship guns directly to California C&R holders. Ammunition sold to California residents must be shipped to a licensed dealer. No international shipping. No Ammo shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Guns shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be extra charge (call for quote).

LOCAL BUYERS: Pickup date is Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 9 AM until 1 PM at our office in Westfield Twp. (Seville), OH. Additional pickup times are available by appointment (within 3 business days after the auction, please). All FFL Rules apply. Gun buyers will need to complete ATF Form 4473 at time of pickup. We do accept valid Ohio CCWs in lieu of NICS background check. Ohio residents will have the option of paying CASH during the pickup time for a 5% discount. If you don't pay cash during the scheduled pickup time, then your credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged. 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged for all sales to Ohio Residents (and also to non-residents, if the items are being picked up at our location).

ADDITIONAL TERMS: All items are sold AS IS with no guarantees or warranties. All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Due to recent changes in UPS and FedEx Firearms Shipping Policies, we will ONLY be shipping Firearms by USPS Priority Mail until further notice.

Shipping cost for Long Guns is $50. Shipping Cost for Handguns is $30. This includes insurance up to $600. Additional insurance will be charged at a rate of $1.80 per $100 of valuation. Contact us immediately after the auction if you do not want extra insurance (beyond the included $600). We will combine shipping cost on firearms as much as possible, but doing so requires that they are able to fit in the same box.

Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in your state. We need a copy of your preferred dealer's license sent to us before we can ship the firearm. It can be emailed to russ@rdfarnsworth.com or faxed to (330) 266-2472. We cannot ship firearms directly to California C&R Holders (licensed DEALER only). Other than California, we are happy to ship C&R eligible guns directly to C&R holders.

All ammunition will continue to be shipped via UPS Ground. Accessories will be either shipped by USPS Priority or UPS Ground. See listed shipping cost for ammo and accessories in the item descriptions. All shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be extra cost....contact us before bidding for a quote.

"NO SHIPPING" Means exactly that. Do Not bid on "NO SHIPPING" items unless you will be picking them up in person at our office in Seville, OH during our scheduled checkout time (the day after the auction ends). If you mistakenly bid on a "NO SHIPPING" item, then you will need to contact Proxibid Customer Service immediately to request a bid retraction. Do not call or email us to request a bid retraction....this is not something that we are able to do. It must be done directly through Proxibid! No refunds will be issued for out of state buyers who mistakenly purchase a "NO SHIPPING" item. The options are to: (1) find a way to pick the item up here, (2) Make arrangements with a 3rd party shipper for them to pick the item up here and ship it to you, or (3) we will sell the item again for you in our next auction and send you the proceeds, minus auction fees.

We're sorry for the increased shipping costs. UPS recently changed their firearm shipping policies, making shipping guns with them impossible for us at this time. USPS is our only option right now for firearms, and they have a $15 surcharge for packages over 30" in length. We will try to combine shipping costs on multiple purchases as much as possible. If the amount we charge you ends up being significantly more than the actual shipping cost, then we will refund the difference to your credit card on file with Proxibid. We're not in this business to make money on shipping, but we're not in it to lose money either.
