All Sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding. - Accepted payment forms are Cash, Good Ohio checks (ID required), Wire Transfer, and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). 13% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all sales. 3% discount for Cash, Good Check, and Wire Transfer. - Payment must be made during the scheduled checkout time. We will not automatically charge your Credit Card on file with Proxibid after the auction. - Any bidder who pays with a credit card agrees that he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances. - Items must removed during the scheduled removal time. Any items left at the auction site after that time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given. - Bidder agrees that he/she assumes all risks and responsibilities for removal, safety, and proper use of all items purchased, and agrees to release and indemnify Farnsworth Auctions LLC from any liability associated with this event. Additional Terms from Seller: Summit Metro Parks reserves the right, at a later date, to establish a minimum price that will be accepted for specific items and may establish any other terms and conditions for the particular sale, including but not limited to requirements for pick-up or delivery, method of payment, and payment of sales tax in accordance with applicable laws. Such information shall be provided on the internet at the time of the auction and may be provided before that time upon request after the terms and conditions have been determined by Summit Metro Parks.
