Please read our Auction Terms. By bidding in this auction, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to these terms: - All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' with no guarantees or warranties. All Sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding. - Accepted payments are WIRE TRANSFER only. 10% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price on all items sold. We will email you our wiring instructions after the auction. Payment must be made within 3 business days after the auction. Items cannot be removed from the auction site until funds have been deposited in our account. - Removal time is by appointment. Items must be paid for and removed within one week after the auction date. Any items left at the auction site after that time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given. - Bidder agrees that he/she assumes all risks and responsibilities for removal, safety, and proper use of all items purchased, and agrees to release and indemnify Farnsworth Auctions LLC from any liability associated with this event.
