Coin grades are the opinions of the seller and/or auctioneer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine and grade each lot to their own satisfaction before they bid. Bidders are responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on. Bidder should inquire with the ring person or decline to bid if they are unsure of what they are bidding on. Please do not bid if you have any doubt about the lot. Once you have won the bid, you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for the item. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interests of his clients, the seller. All announcements made on the day of the auction take precedence over printed matter. Five Star Auctions is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Five Star Auctions or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Five Star Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. It is up to the buyer of firearms to know and understand their federal, state and local laws governing firearms. Firearms manufactured after 1898 must be shipped to an FFL in your area. It is up to the buyer to make sure Five Star Auctions is provided with a shipping address and copy of the FFL where the firearm is to be shipped. Buyer will pay for transfer fees for their FFL and for shipping and insurance. There will be no transfer fee from Five Star Auctions. ALL INVOICES OVER $500 will need to be paid by money order, certified check or wire transfer. Make sure to inspect your items when they are received. Any problems with your shipment must be reported within 3 days. If not reported within 3 days, it will not be taken into consideration.3
