Auctioneer is not bound by any prior or subsequent opinion, determination, or certification by any grading service. The Bidder specifically waives any claim to the right of return of any item because of the opinion, determination, certification, or lack thereof, by any grading service, and may not be returned for any reason. • ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON THE BASIS OF GRADE. • Bidders are solely responsible for examining each lot on which they will be bidding in order to determine condition, size, and value. The auctioneer makes NO warranties and representations of any kind or nature with respect to, nor shall they be held responsible or liable for the correctness of the catalog or other description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, provenance, exhibition, literature, and historical relevance of the property. • Your bidding will signify that you have examined the items, or that you have chosen not to examine them. All items are sold as-is, where-is. We do not accept returns and do not give refunds. All sales are final. • Purchases can only be removed after payment in full is received. Purchases can only be released to third parties, including shippers, with written instruction form buyer. Removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the purchaser. • All shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The shipping of items, both arrangement and costs of shipping, are the responsibility of the buyer. WE DO NOT SHIP DIRECTLY. PAYMENT AND ARRANGEMENTS FOR SHIPMENT MUST BE MADE TO THE SHIPPER. The purchaser agrees that the packaging, shipping and handling is at the absolute risk of the purchaser. The purchaser will pay all costs including, but not limited to, the handling and insurance associated with shipping. • PICK UP: Items can be picked up in person BY CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT ONLY. Furrow Auction Company is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Furrow Auction Company or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Furrow Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Furrow Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items for any items at auction. Furrow Auction Company reserves the right to deny any person the right to bid online or onsite at the auction and may revoke the privilege at any point during the auction sale.
