GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE Personal Property Auction Wednesday, February 22nd at 10:00AM Buyer's Premium: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For each $1,000 bid, a 10% buyer's premium of $100 will be added to arrive at the total purchase price of $1,100. Payment Terms: Payment is due by Thursday, 12:00 PM Noon, February 23rd, 2023 Once an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. No items can be removed until a complete settlement has been made. The PAID receipt ticket will be required in order to remove items from the site. All checks should be made payable to Furrow Auction Company. ?ALL SALES ARE FINAL? Accepted Payment Methods: Wire Transfer or Credit Card. We accept Mastercard and Visa. Credit cards will have a 3.5% surcharge. Order Of Sale: Items will be sold in numerical order on Proxibid. Sales Tax: No Sales Tax will be collected. Claims: No Claims will be allowed after the removal of goods from the premises. Registration: By registering as a Bidder and/or participating as a Bidder at the auction sale Bidder is bound by the Terms & Conditions set forth. Bidder agrees that such Terms & Conditions are binding on the Bidder. Bidder agrees that Auctioneer is in control of the conduct of the auction sale and has the right to reject any bid by any Bidder at the auction sale. It is at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer as to whether or not any bid is in conformity with the Terms & Conditions of the auction sale. Furthermore, Auctioneer may refuse to accept a bid whenever in his sole discretion bid is not in good faith. ALL PERSONS must be registered to bid. Disclosure on Firearms: MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD Background fee is $35.00 for the first gun and $10.00 for each additional gun to be paid directly to Tennessee Silencer. For lot winners who are having Tennessee Silencer ship the firearms to Your Local Dealer: -You will need to email a copy of your dealer's federal firearms license to sales@tennesseesilencer.com, preferably with a copy of your paid receipt, before they can begin the shipping process. -Once you have emailed a copy of your license to Tennessee Silencer, they will begin boxing items in order of ease to ship. They tend to ship handgun lots first, but ultimately the items will go in the order of whoever has sent their license and a paid receipt to them the earliest. -After Tennessee Silencer receives your license and a copy of your paid receipt, they will be contacting you with your total shipping cost w/handling, which you can pay them for over the phone via card or by mailing them a check. Shipping will be cost of postage + $35 handling fee. Each additional firearm is an additional $10 handling fee. -Out of state customers also have the option to pick up any long guns in person at the store as long as it is legal in their state. Handguns must be shipped to their local dealer in their state per TN law. NOTE: Due to the high amount of long guns in this auction, it's important to note that shipping will take several days for Tennessee Silencer to get through everyone, with local pickups taking priority for the first day or two. There is no need for out of state customers to call TN Silencer after you pay Furrow Auction Company, as Tennessee Silencer will be reaching out to you by your information listed on the auction receipt as soon as possible. No firearm has been tested or inspected for firing, condition, or functionality, and no representation is made as to the condition or functionality of any firearm. Before use, including firing, it is the successful BIDDER?S responsibility to have firearms inspected to the successful Bidder's satisfaction, by a gunsmith or other appropriate professional who is knowledgeable about firearms. Successful Bidders agree to hold Furrow Auction Company, as well as the Seller's, harmless from any claim, injury, malfunction, or liability 1. Buyer is URGED to REMOVE ITEMS the day immediately following the auction, February 23rd, upon Auctioneer receiving payment in full or to self-insure for potential loss. The buyer is responsible for the loading, removal, shipping, and transportation of all purchased items. If Furrow Auction Company does not receive full payment within 2 days of the end of the auction, interest on overdue amounts will be paid by the purchaser at a rate of 18% per annum or at such other maximum rate as allowed by law, together with any legal or collection costs incurred by Auctioneers. Furrow Auction Company reserves the right to resell items at its discretion due to non-performance of removal by the purchaser and the purchaser may be liable for any shortfalls, storage fees, or costs of transactions. All purchases must be removed no later than the removal dates specified, which are Thursday, February 23rd, 2023, and Friday, February 24th, 2023 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Shipping: Furrow Auction Company is only offering possible shipping options, it is the purchaser's responsibility to arrange to pick up and shipping with whomever they choose. 1.
