Buyer’s Premium: A 25% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. Example: For each $100 a 25% buyer’s premium of $25 will be added to arrive at the total purchase price of $125. Payment Terms: Payment must be made by 12:00 PM Noon, Thursday, March 9th, 2023. Once an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. No items can be removed until a complete settlement has been made. The PAID receipt ticket will be required in order to remove items from the site. “ALL SALES ARE FINAL” Accepted Payment Methods: Wire Transfer, Company or Personal Check when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guaranty, Cash or Cashier's Check. Claims: No Claims will be allowed after the removal of goods from premises. DISCLOSURE ON FIREARMS Tennessee silencer: Background fee is $35.00 for the first gun and $10.00 for each additional gun to be paid directly to Tennessee Silencer. No firearm has been tested or inspected for firing, condition, or functionality, and no representation is made as to the condition or functionality of any firearm. Before use, including firing, it is the successful BIDDER’S responsibility to have firearms inspected to the successful Bidder’s satisfaction, by a gunsmith or other appropriate professional who is knowledgeable about firearms.
