Please note there is a 15% buyers fee plus the GST (5%) on top of the hammer price. All items are as is, where is, as photographed. No warranties implied or otherwise exist. All sales are final. Please note that load-out and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, but we will help out where we can. All lots have been tagged and dimensions, if available, are given in the catalogue. We will have a tape measure and forklift on hand to assist you, however you are responsible for getting the item(s) out of the warehouse. As this sale is for Western Canadian buyers only, hopefully most people will attend the auction site to pick up their items. If shipping is required, you are responsible for making all the arrangements. Nothing will be shipped or allowed to leave the auction site until payment has cleared. The items up for auction are in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. If you are local or within driving distance you are welcome to come to the auction house to pay and then pick up your items from the auction site just down the road.
