Equipment can be inspected at 241 North Saint Francis St, Poseyville, IN 47633. Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:30 and Day of sale from 8:00am to 12:00 PM. Trucks and Trailers can be viewed and picked at the South Lot at 140 IN-68, Poseyville IN 47633. By registering as an Internet Buyer, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: Buyer’s Premium: 4% on all items Prior to bidding, all Internet Buyers must provide the information required by the auctioneer to be approved. All hour meters, odometers, tachometers are assumed correct, but will not be verified by George Auction Group. That is the buyer’s responsibility. NO pickup is allowed on Auction Day. Payments must be paid in FULL within 4 Business days No later than the following Thursday upon completion of the auction. Successful bidders must contact us within 48 hours of the completion of the auction to verify method of payment. Payments can be made via the following methods: Wire Transfer: All Winning bids over $1000 are wire transfer only. Wire instructions are on Invoice sent by email. Wire Fee of $25.00 for domestic and $70.00 for out of USA. Out of the US purchases MUST be paid by wire. All wire fees will be added to all invoices over $1,000 to cover Bank Fees. Cashier's Check: Make check payable to George Machinery, LLC. Equipment can be picked up same day as payment. Personal Check: All personal checks are all subject to a 7-10 day holding period before items can be picked up. ACH/Electronic Check: Please call us to open this option and resend the invoice. There is no fee for this payment type. Equipment can be picked once payment is received. Usually takes less than an hour. Credit Card: A 3.25% fee will be added to all credit card payments. Equipment can be picked up same day as payment. Applicable Indiana State Sales Tax will be charged on all Lots. Bidders will be exempt from Sales Tax if they provide an Indiana tax exemption status form (attached to Invoice) and exception certificates that are acceptable to the State. Items must be picked up within 14 days or there will be a $25.00/day storage fee applied unless other arrangements are made. After 30 days, items will be resold, and no refund will be returned to customer. Buyer is responsible for all freight and handling charges. All shipping quotes are a $20.00 fee. ANY labor involved with shipping and/or loading with be billed at $95.00 per hour. WE DO NOT SHIP OUT OF THE US. Any buyers outside of US are responsible for ALL shipping and shipping Documents.
