All Internet bidders agree that bids placed on the Internet shall have the same legal effect as if they were in attendance at the auction in person. AUCTION REGISTRATION: The online registration form available at www.proxibid.com /romanauctions will need to be completed. Upon completion of this registration you will receive an email indicating you must provide proof of funds from your bank that you have sufficient funds to cover the required earnest money down payment before online bidding is activated. This can be accomplished by emailing the proof of funds to croman@georgeromanauctioneers.com a minimum of 24 hours prior to the auction ending time. Proof of funds can be in the form of a copy, email, or original of a current bank statement or brokerage statement in bidders name showing sufficient funds for the earnest money deposit required per property. BUYERS PREMIUM: Properties will be sold with a ten (10%) percent buyers premium. The bid amount plus buyers premium equals the final purchase price. EARNEST MONEY PAYMENT: Winning online bidders must deliver earnest money via wire transfer or cashiers check to the title company or designated recipient listed in each specific properties description immediately following the auction, in the amount specified per property in the description with terms. The successful online bidder will be notified immediately following the closing of the auction and emailed the Auction Purchase Agreement, to sign and return. Balance will be paid in full at closing on or before 30 days of acceptance of the offer.
