This will limit your ability to participate in not only our auctions, but other auction houses as well. If we are prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid, by the purchaser for such property. Tracking for all packages sent via USPS is automatically sent to your email address on file. If you purchased lots of larger items, we will have to ship via Federal Express.
