All applicable Sales Tax will be charged at this auction unless buyer provides exemption paperwork prior to payment. In order to register and bid for this auction, you must provide Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc with a letter of introduction from your bank that guarantees payment for a specified amount to Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc OR a credit card with a minimum $5,000.00 credit line for registration purposes ONLY. All payments must be made by WIRE TRANSFER. Wire transfers must be received by close of business on Friday October 30, 2020. For successful bidders the invoice that you receive from Proxibid will contain the wire information, too. All successful online bidders not completing a wire transfer to our account in a timely manner, will have the credit card on file charged with the invoice total, there will be a additional 5% surcharge for using the Credit Card on file as a payment method. All International buyers not having a U.S. Bank account or not able to provide a letter of credit from a U.S. Bank will be required to make a $20,000.00 minimum deposit to register to bid. Shipping Instructions: Winning bidder is responsible for arranging all shipping and paying all shipping cost. All items must be removed from the auction lot no later than Friday October 30, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. CST. We understand that aircraft involved in this auction will need ferry permits and work performed before they can be moved. We have made arrangements with the owners to allow the aircraft to stay in the hangar for a period not to exceed 30 days. Any extension past this 30 days will have to be approved by the owner of the hangar and Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc. Any Item(s) left past this date will be considered ABANDONED IN PLACE and the auction company will have the authority to dispose of the assets at their discretion. There is no loading dock available at this auction location. A forklift will be available for smaller items until Friday October 30, 2020 at 12:00p.m. The auction company will assist with loading to a reasonable point.
Preview Date & Times: Preview dates will be during normal business hours beginning Monday October 26, 2020 until the day of the auction or by appointment. Those interested in reviewing log books for the aircraft, please contact us so we can arrange a time.
Checkout Date & Times: Load out crew and machinery will be available at the auction site Thursday October 29 following the auction and Friday October 30, 2020 until 5:00 p.m. Other load out times will have to be arranged with the Auction Company.
Location: 6550 Highway 17 South, Newport, AR 72112
Driving Directions: Auction is located at 6550 Highway 17 South approximately 10 miles South of Newport, Arkansas and just due North of the Town of Weldon, Arkansas on the east side of Highway 17. If you are flying in there is a 1/2 mile Grass / Asphalt Runway at the auction location. This is a Ag strip but is in good shape. Any person flying into this site will do so at their own risk. Newport Municipal Airport (M19) is located 15 miles north of the auction location and we can have you picked up at this location, until about 9:30 the morning of the auction. Lodging is available in Newport, Arkansas at several area hotels / motels.
