Payment Instructions: ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY WIRE TRANSFER. General Items - 5% Onsite Buyers Commission + 5% Online Buyers Commission. Aircraft - 5% Buyers Commission on the first $100,000.00 of each item then 3% Buyers Commission on that amount above $100,000.01 plus ONLINE BUYERS COMMISSION of 2.5% capped at $ 750.00 for Online Commission ONLY. All applicable Sales Tax will be charged at this auction unless buyer provides exemption paperwork prior to payment. In order to register and bid for this auction, you must provide Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc with a letter of introduction from your bank that guarantees payment for a specified amount to Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc OR a credit card with a minimum $5,000.00 credit line for registration purposes ONLY. All payments must be made by WIRE TRANSFER. Wire transfers must be received by close of business on Thursday May 5, 2022. All International buyers not having a U.S. Bank account or not able to provide a letter of credit from a U.S. Bank will be required to make a $20,000.00 minimum deposit to register to bid. Shipping Instructions: Winning bidder is responsible for arranging all shipping and paying all shipping cost. No items will be removed from this location until paid for in full. All items must be removed from the auction lot no later than Friday May 13, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. CST. Any Item(s) left past this date will be considered ABANDONED IN PLACE and the auction company or the seller will have the authority to dispose of the assets at their discretion. There is no loading dock available at this auction location. A forklift will be available for smaller items until Thursday May 5, 2022 at 12:00p.m. The auction company will assist with loading to a reasonable point.
Preview Date & Times: Log Books and aircraft can be previewed by contacting auction company, all other assets may be previewed beginning April 28, 2022 until the day of the auction or by appointment.
Checkout Date & Times: Load out crew and machinery will be available at the auction site Tuesday March 3 following the auction and Wednesday March 4 until 5:00 p.m. Other load out times will have to be arranged with the Auction Company.

Driving Directions: Auction is located at 193 Martin Road, Pocahontas, Arkansas. From the southernmost stoplight in Pocahontas, take highway 67 south about 1 mile, turn east on Martin Road and go 1/8 mile to auction location on south side of road. Watch for Signs and Banners. If flying in, we would encourage you to land at Pocahontas Municipal Airport (M70) located 1 mile north of the auction location. There is a runway at the auction location but we will be utilizing some of the runway area for vehicle parking and auction setup.
