Payment Instructions: Complete payments within 3 business day following the auction by bank wire or cashiers or check accompanied by a bank letter. Any item over $5000 will need a bank letter for item to be released at loadout if paying by check. We do accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American express) and there is a 3% added convienence fee to the invoice for credit card payment . Winning bidders will be emailed an invoice and payment instructions at the close of the auction July 11th. Buyer can pay by credit card through the invoice pay now button. Payment can only be made at the Graham Auction Yard location on hwy 29, by wire, check , credit card or cash. Payments are not accepted at other yard locations. Bank wire instructions will be included in the email.

Shipping Instructions: Buyer responsible for shipping. A forklift and loading dock available in yard 1. Forklift is available in yard 2, no loading dock. There is no forklift or loading dock in yard 3, buyer is responsible for removal of items in yard 3. Loadout following auction until July 21st.

Special Terms

Tax exempt buyers must furnish a copy of their sales tax permit. BUYERS REPONSIBILITIES: All items are sold as is, where is with no guaranties, or warranties as to condition, value, merchantability, safety, or usability. The item will be considered sold without any exceptions upon the final gavel by the auctioneer. Possession will be obtained upon proper settlement. Purchaser will be responsible for the removal, insurance, breakdown, arranging, shifting, loading, and securing of load for any items purchased. Buy on your own inspection. For online bidders who do not pay within 3 business days of auction will be considered slow to pay and the auction company reserves the right to ban that buyer from bidding at any future auctions. 10 Day Load Out Only!!Tax exempt buyers must furnish a copy of their sales tax permit in person or by email to grahamauctioneers@yahoo.com .
