Mika Hakkinen & David Coulthard double-signed publicity photograph posing with the 1998 West McLaren Mercedes MP4-13 in orange livery, both signatures in black marker pen, the Hakkinen signature inscribed THE FLYING FINN and dated '98, framed & glazed, overall 23 by 18cm.; sold with a signed letter of provenance from a former McLaren employee (2) The McLaren sported this orange livery for a short time during Testing in 1998 before the silver livery for the 1998 season had been fully figured out. McLaren had raced in orange between 1968 and 1971.

T-shirt signed by race winner Dario Franchitti & nine other 2002 Rockingham 500 drivers, comprising Michael Andretti, Kenny Brack (pole position), Patrick Carpentier (3rd in race), Adrian Fernandez, Tony Kanaan, Cristiano Da Matta (2nd in race), Shinji Nakano, Paul Tracy, Jimmy Vasser, mounted, framed & glazed with a card listing the visiting US series drivers, 103 by 70cm. Since it began in 1911, Scotland's Dario Franchitti is one of only ten drivers to have won the Indy 500 three-times. He won it in 2007, 2010 and 2012. Kenny Brack won it in 1999 and Tony Kanaan in 2013.

Kenny Roberts Junior 1999 race worn helmet and Suzuki leathers, the RX7-7XX helmet by Arai with a blue, black and white American Bald Eagle design, the name KENNY across the back, Super Complex Laminate Construction, full lining and visor, Snell no.MS0432790, Arai serial no. label, FIM Japanese approval sticker, original helmet bag; the Team Suzuki leathers by Dainese, his surname and American Bald Eagle motif on the back, Arai, Michelin, Motul, NGK sponsor patches, complete with all protective safety inserts, an inner Dainese label featuring leathers designs for twelve previous champions including his father's, heavy scuffing to both knee pads and the left elbow pad (2) Joining Suzuki for 1999, Kenny Roberts Jnr won his first two 500cc races for the team, before finishing runner-up in that year's World Championship and winning the title the following year. Originally presented to an associate, photographs suggest these leathers bear similar use-age marks to those worn winning the 1999 German Grand Prix, while this particular helmet design was used earlier on during that season. Sete Gibernau 2006 Ducati MotoGP team Arai race helmet, featuring a black and white design with half-tones by Asaign, his surname around the base at the back beneath a caricature of his grandfather gesticulating 'thumbs-up', an Alice red team sponsor logo at the front below its darkened visor, the three main team sponsor patches left white with red barcodes devoid of cigarette branding, full lining, 2005 Snell no.MZ163733, Japanese serial no., worn condition with slight scuffing to the upper left side, the lower left and central top vent duct caps missing 'Sete' Gibernau had raced in MotoGP from its inception and was eventually chosen to join Ducati in 2006, having previously won nine GPs. Unfortunately a terrifying freak accident at the start in Barcelona all but ended his career and he was later replaced by Casey Stoner. His grandfather had founded the Spanish Bultaco motorcycle company in 1958.

An early gold F.A. Cup winner's medal awarded to Richard Turner of Blackburn Rovers in 1886, the obverse designed with a football in raised relief flanked by laurel, inscribed R.J. TURNER, the reverse inscribed THE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION, CHALLENGE CUP, WON BY BLACKBURN ROVERS, 1886, in replacement case Blackburn Rovers won the F.A. Cup three times in succession between 1884 and 1886. Defender Richard Turner played in the second and third of these finals. This winner's medal is from the 1886 F.A. Cup Final. The game at The Oval ended as a 0-0 draw. Rovers then beat their opponents West Bromwich Albion 2-0 at the Racecourse Ground, Derby. The goals came from James Brown and Joe Sowerbutts.

Jim Cassidy Bolton Wanderers F.A. Cup runners-up medal 1893-94, 9ct. gold, inscribed THE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION, J. CASSIDY, 1893-4, BOLTON WANDERERS Jim Cassidy was born in Kilmarnock 2nd December 1869. Having played for his home town club and at Glasgow Hibernian he joined Bolton Wanderers in 1889. The centre-forward scored 101 goals in 219 appearances and once famously scored 5 goals during a Bolton Wanderers 13-0 rout of Sheffield United in a F.A. Cup tie in 1890. In the 1894 F.A. Cup Final Cassidy scored Wanderers's consolation goal in the 4-1 defeat to Notts County.

JOHNSTON, the first inscribed IRISH FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION, 1892; the second inscribed THE HARLAND CHALLENGE CUP, 1891 Samuel Johnston was born at Waringstown 19th March 1869 and was a prolific goalscorer for Linfield FC. He also won four Ireland international caps.

[Gilbert Oswald] Smith, i) Smith's debut England international cap v Ireland in 1893 ii) Corinthians cap 1891-92 iii) Oxford University Association Football Club cap iv) black, red & gold I Zingari Crcket Club cap Gilbert Oswald Smith (25 November 1872 - 6 December 1943), familiarly known as G.O. Smith, was a nineteenth-century amateur footballer and considered to be the first great centre-forward. Smith was educated at Charterhouse School and played at club level for Corinthians. A school-teacher by profession, Smith was captain of England and his finest performance was perhaps his four goals in the 13-2 defeat of Ireland in 1899. An all-round sportsman, he also played for first-class cricket for Surrey and Oxford University.

This cap relates to England's 4-1 defeat to Scotland at Celtic Park. Under Needham's captaincy, Sheffield United won the League Championship title in 1898, and two F.A. Cups in 1899 and 1902. Needham also played First Class Cricket.

Insignia for Order of Knighthood awarded to Sir Frederick Wall, Secretary of the Football Association, silver-gilt & enamel, in original case of issue; sold together with the Diploma of Knighthood, framed & glazed, 44 by 36cm.; and also a photographic plate of F.J. Wall circa 1909 (3) Wall became Secretary of the Football Association, a position he held from 1895 to 1934. He was knighted in the 1930 in the New Year's Honours List. After retiring as FA Secretary, he was a director of Arsenal FC from 1934 to 1938.

He won three caps for the England national football team and he also played in four tests for the England cricket team. His finest performance scoring 117 against Australia in Melbourne.
