Alf Day's international cap and playing kit from his sole appearance for Wales in 1933, a green Wales cap inscribed F.A.W., 1933; the long-sleeved red shirt and white shorts worn by Day for Wales in the match v Northern Ireland at Windsor Park 4th November 1933 (3) The story goes that the Football Association of Wales secretary, Ted Robbins, rang the secretary at Spurs, Arthur Turner, to enquire if he knew anyone who could help out his depleted Welsh team in the upcoming match in Northern Ireland. Turner mentioned that he had a promising reserve half-back. This led to Day being capped before having appeared in League Football. The match ended as a 1-1 draw. Shortly afterwards, Day made his debut for the Spurs' first-team.

Cup winning XI, the page pasted with a colour lithographic cockerel, additionally signed by the trainer Minter and interestingly the boxers George Carpentier & Bombardier Billy Wells, a following page with a postcards of the club directors posing with the F.A. Cup trophy and Charity Shield in 1921, six signatures beneath including Roberts, elsewhere in the book are the autographs of Dame Margaret Lloyd George and Admiral Lord Charles Beresford

Two carbon copy ledgers compiled by Tottenham Hotspur's Scottish scout 'Jock' Richardson between 1963 and 1968, including favourable reports on St Mirren's Jimmy Robertson and Dundee's Alan Gilzean who were both bought by Spurs, 'Jock' Robertson writes ''Roberston playing at outside left in the first half had a very good game and was direct in his approach and very fast and plays very well. I was very impressed.'', and of Gilzean, who Robertson watched in the Scotland v Norway international in Dundee, ''I was particularly impressed by the play of the Scottish centre forward Alan Gilzean. He worried the Norwegian defence into making quite a few mistakes and he had many shots from all angles at the opposing team's goal.''
