Driving Directions: From US 158 turn onto Gooch's Mill Road. The auction will be about 2 miles down the road on the right hand side of the road.

All items are to be paid in full before removal of property. All property must be removed within 14 days from the sale date unless approved by a Granville Auction Company representative. All property sells as is where is with absolutely no warranties implied or expressed in any way. All serial numbers, mileage, and hours are unverified. All information in any advertisement is believed to be correct but not guaranteed in any way. The auction company reserves the right to offer property in separate sale, combination thereof, or as a whole. Buyers must inspect items prior to purchasing. Sale day announcements take precedents over all printed material. Once items are sold, they are the buyers responsibility. Items may be subject to reserve bid and larger items may require a banknote. By accepting the terms of the auction to agree to pay for any item that you bid on. IF YOU BID ON AN ITEM AND WIN THAT ITEM YOU MUST PAY FOR IT. There are no exceptions to not paying. Granville Auction Company is not responsible for loading however we have a tractor and telehandler on site to assist you with.
