Firearm.Unserialized, .26 caliber percussion, 3 11/16-inch round barrel; 5-shot cylinder, blued, with case-hardened hammer and loading lever; plain brass frame with integral triggerguard; brass sideplate; varnished walnut grips. Chambers numbered at front end of cylinder.
Condition: Fine. 75% blue; wear; tracking lines on cylinder; mellow patina to brass; grips with nicks, 70% varnish, fading.
Notes: Only specimen presently known of ""Baby"" Alsop of this type. The William M. Locke Collection book, page 440.

Condition: Very good to fine. Traces blue, primarily brown patina, with pitting; cylinder scene very good; traces silver-plating; mar on face of hammer. 75% varnish, wear, mars on butt.

Standard markings on back of cylinder, lock and on topstrap; blued, with case-hardened topstrap, frame and cylinder pin; silver-plated brass backstrap and triggerguard; varnished walnut grips. Mahogany case, lined in burgundy velvet; accessories of embossed Mass. Arms Co. powder flask, brass mold and ramrod (latter of mushroom shape), tin of projectiles and caps, and key.
Condition: Fine. 80% blue on barrel, balance patina and fading brown; cylinder with brown patina; 75% case-hardening, excepting traces and fading to brown on frame; 98% silver; 95% varnish, nicks on butt, primarily on right panel. Case very good; dull patina and light wear to exterior; interior with fading, stains; accessories very good to fine.
Notes: Rarely encountered cased set; unusual red japanned tin for projectiles, caps.

German silver mounts. Engraved lock and mounts and barrel tang. Triggerguard strap with number 1 and cross motif. Overall length 4 1/2-inches.
Condition: Very good. Stock worn, the butt inlay coming loose at one end; steel with brown patina; German silver worn.
