-NEW PAYMENT SYSTEM- We are now using atgPay (Proxibid's new online payment portal). After the auction ends you will be emailed an invoice. Click the blue 'Pay Now' button at the top of the invoice to pay for your item(s) via credit card. Sales Tax will be charged, based on the state in which you reside. If you are tax exempt, then you need to enter that information into your Proxibid account BEFORE the auction ends. We are not able to manually change the sales tax on the invoice, so call Proxibid directly with any sales-tax related issues. Due to new Proxibid rules, ALL non-local buyers need to pay via the atgPay system within 3 days after the auction ends.
- Tax Exempt buyers who are FFL dealers - if your invoice total is over $2,500 you may contact us for wire transfer instructions (eligible for 5% cash discount) instead of using the atgPay system. This ONLY applies to FFL dealers who are sales tax exempt!
- Local Buyers (Ohio Residents who will be picking up their items in person) - If paying with credit card, then please use the 'Pay Now' button on your invoice to pay via atgPay. We will also continue to accept CASH, during our checkout time the day after the auction ends. If you will be paying in cash, then simply ignore the 'Pay Now' button on your invoice and bring cash with you when you come to pick up your item. No further action is needed. 5% discount for cash payment (5% buyer's premium instead of 10%). 6.75% Sales tax will be charged to all Ohio residents.

- Handguns ship via USPS Priority Mail (NO EXCEPTIONS). Long Guns ship either UPS Ground or USPS Priority (our choice). Firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer or C&R holder (50+ year old guns ONLY). Ammo ships by UPS Ground. Accessories and other items ship by either USPS Priority or UPS Ground (our choice).
- Non-Firearm Items will be shipped to the 'SHIP TO' address you have listed on Proxibid, unless you tell us otherwise. Firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state. FFL copies can be faxed to (330) 266-2472, emailed to russ@rdfarnsworth.com, or text messaged to (330) 334-3731. We cannot ship your gun until we have received a copy of your dealer's FFL. Make sure items are legal to own where you live PRIOR TO BIDDING!

Please read our Auction Terms. By bidding in this auction, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to these terms:
- All items are sold 'AS IS' with no guarantees or warranties. All Sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding.
- A 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all sales.
- Accepted forms of payment are Credit cards, made through atgPay. Payment in full is due within 3 days after the auction ends. Bidder must have a valid credit card on file with Proxibid prior to bidding. Any bidder who pays with a credit card agrees that he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances.
- Wire transfers are accepted from tax exempt buyers who are FFL dealers (invoices over $2,500 ONLY). Cash is accepted from local buyers (Ohio residents) who pick up their item(s) during our scheduled checkout time.
- ALL FFL rules apply. Firearm sales are subject to 4473 transfer. If being shipped, they must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in the buyer's home state. Farnsworth Auctions LLC is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
- Items must be removed during the scheduled removal time. Any items left at the auction site after that time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be given.
- Bidder agrees that he/she assumes all risks and responsibilities for removal, safety, and proper use of all items purchased, and agrees to release and indemnify Farnsworth Auctions LLC from any liability associated with this event.
- Additional Terms for Firearm Sales:
OUT OF STATE BUYERS: Guns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in buyer's state, and we will need a copy of your dealer's license sent to us before we can ship the gun. FFL can be emailed to russ@rdfarnsworth.com or faxed to (330) 266-2472. See each lot description for shipping costs. Make sure each item is legal to own in your state before you bid! No international shipping.
LOCAL BUYERS: Pickup dates are Wednesday, June 4 and Thursday, June 5 at our office in Seville, OH. Hours are 10 AM until 1 PM and 4 PM until 7 PM each day. Please plan to pick up your items during one of these times! All FFL Rules apply. Gun buyers will need to complete ATF Form 4473 at time of pickup. We do accept valid Ohio CCWs in lieu of NICS background check. Ohio residents will have the option of paying CASH (not checks) during the pickup time for a 5% discount. 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged for all sales to Ohio Residents (and also to non-residents, if the items are being picked up at our location).
