PAYMENT METHOD FOR NON-LOCAL BIDDERS: CREDIT CARDS/ACH Payments via atgPay - We are now using atgPay, which is Proxibid's new online payment system. You will be emailed an invoice approx. 2 hours after the auction ends. To pay with credit card or ACH Payment, click the "PAY NOW" button on the invoice, and you will be directed to atgPay's payment portal. MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE "SHIPPING" OPTION AT CHECKOUT IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED! 10% buyer's premium will be in effect on all sales. Proxibid is now collecting sales tax on all sales, and your state's applicable sales tax will be automatically added onto your invoice. If you are sales tax exempt, then you need to enter that information into your Proxibid account BEFORE the auction ends. We are not able to manually change the sales tax on your invoice, so please call Proxibid with any issues regarding sales tax. Due to new Proxibid rules and sales tax regulations, ALL credit card/ACH payments must be made through atgPay within 3 days after the auction ends.

WIRE TRANSFERS - this option is available to FFL dealer (Tax exempt) bidders who have a total invoice of $2,000 or more. 5% buyer's premium discount for Wire Transfer payment. If you wish to pay by wire transfer, then please email us after the auction for wire instructions. Otherwise we will assume that you'll be paying by Credit Card through atgPay. This is ONLY available to bidders who are FFL dealers, are sales tax exempt, and have invoices totaling over $2,000. All other non-local bidders need to use the atgPay checkout system.

NON-LOCAL BUYERS: Guns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state, and we will need a copy of your dealer's license sent to us before we can ship the gun. FFL can be emailed to russ@rdfarnsworth.com or faxed to (330) 266-2472. See each lot description for shipping costs. Make sure each item is legal to own in your state before you bid! We cannot ship guns directly to California C&R holders. Ammunition sold to California and New York residents must be shipped to a licensed dealer. No international shipping. No Ammo shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Guns shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be extra charge (call for quote before bidding).

LOCAL BUYERS: Pickup dates are Wednesday, June 4 and Thursday, June 5 at our office in Westfield Twp. (Seville), OH. Hours are 10 AM until 1 PM and 4 PM to 7 PM each day. All FFL Rules apply. Gun buyers will need to complete ATF Form 4473 at time of pickup. We do accept valid Ohio CCWs in lieu of NICS background check. Ohio residents will still have the option of paying CASH during the pickup time for a 5% buyer's premium discount. If you don't pay with cash during the scheduled pickup times, then you need to pay with credit card through Proxibid's atgPay system (click the "PAY NOW" button on your invoice). 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged for all sales to Ohio Residents (and also to non-residents, if the items are being picked up at our location).

ADDITIONAL TERMS: All payments are due IN FULL within 3 days after the auction ends. All items are sold AS IS with no guarantees or warranties. All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be offered for any reason. Look at the pictures and ask any questions prior to bidding. We will be happy to provide additional pictures and/or information upon request. Long Guns will be shipped via either USPS Priority or UPS Ground (our choice). Handguns will be shipped by USPS Priority ONLY (NO EXCPTIONS).

Shipping cost for Long Guns is $50. Shipping Cost for Handguns is $30. We will combine shipping cost on firearms as much as possible, but doing so requires that they are able to fit in the same box. We will no longer be purchasing extra insurance through the carriers, due to the amount of hassle involved when trying to collect on a firearms-related claim. Shipments over $100 will be subject to our 3rd party firearms shipping policy. Damage claims will require that the gun is returned to us before the claim can be processed. Any refunds or payments for items lost/damage in shipping are subject to approval by our 3rd party insurer.

Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in your state. We need a copy of your preferred dealer's license sent to us before we can ship the firearm. It can be emailed to russ@rdfarnsworth.com or faxed to (330) 266-2472. We cannot ship firearms directly to California C&R Holders (licensed DEALER only). Other than California, we are happy to ship C&R eligible guns directly to C&R holders.

All ammunition will continue to be shipped via UPS Ground. No Ammo Sales to Alaska or Hawaii! Ammo sold to residents of New York and California must be shipped to a licensed dealer. Accessories will be either shipped by USPS Priority or UPS Ground. See listed shipping cost for ammo and accessories in the item descriptions. $25 is the minimum that we charge to ship to ship anything, but we will be happy to combine shipping costs on multiple lots as much as possible (this requires that they can fit into the same box. Ammunition CANNOT be combined in the same box with guns). All shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be extra cost....contact us before bidding for a quote.

"NO SHIPPING" Means exactly that. Do Not bid on "NO SHIPPING" items unless you will be picking them up in person at our office in Seville, OH during our scheduled checkout time (the day after the auction ends). If you mistakenly bid on a "NO SHIPPING" item, then you will need to contact Proxibid Customer Service immediately to request a bid retraction. Do not call or email us to request a bid retraction....this is not something that we are able to do. It must be done directly through Proxibid! No refunds will be issued for out of state buyers who mistakenly purchase a "NO SHIPPING" item. The options are to: (1) find a way to pick the item up here, (2) Make arrangements with a 3rd party shipper for them to pick the item up here and ship it to you, or (3) we will sell the item again for you in our next auction and send you the proceeds, minus auction fees.
