Pietta black powder percussion SAA revolver, blue and case color finish, 5.5" barrel, brass straps and smooth wood grips. The gun is in near excellent overall condition showing little use. The barrel retains 96-97% of the blue finish, the frame shows vivid case colors and screw heads are excellent. There is a faint drag line on the cylinder. French folding trigger hammerless Velo Dog 5-shot revolver. Originally a French invention, this revolver bears German proofs and acceptance marks, in near fine condition with a fair bore and good action. There are "N" over eagle German proofs on the barrel, cylinder and frame. The checkered hard rubber grips are in good condition with a chip at the top of the left panel and at base of the right panel. There is light surface rust and erosion noted but otherwise retains significant original finish. Originally designed for bicyclists to deal with dogs that chased them, the Velo Dog is a unique and desirable gun. (Antique).

Colt 1849 Pocket 6-shot percussion revolver, blue and case hardened, smooth walnut grips. The revolver is in very good overall condition with a 6" octagon barrel retaining a considerable amount of thinning original blue finish, primarily in the protected areas, on the barrel lug and under the lever. The frame shows a significant amount of muted color case hardening with a crisp COLTS PATENT on the left side of the frame. The cylinder retains 70-80% of the scene. The nipples are good and the safety pins are hammered flat. The brass straps have gone to pleasing taffy patina. There is no silver plate remaining. All matching visible serial numbers, except an unnumbered period wedge. The smooth walnut grips are replacements and are larger than normal pocket grips. The grips are in very good condition. The action is crisp and the timing is good. (ANTIQUE)

Remington New Model Army SA percussion revolver, 8" octagon barrel with a blade front and fixed rear sights, blue and case colored finish, brass trigger guard and smooth walnut grips. The gun is in good overall condition with the barrel and cylinder having gone to dark gray patina with traces of original finish in the protected areas. The frame still shows traces of muted color case hardening with inspection and acceptance marks on the barrel and trigger guard. The cylinder shows knackering and scratches and two nipples are broken. The brass trigger guard has a mottled appearance. The smooth wood grips are good with oil staining, dents and scratches. The bore is fair with roughness and visible rifling. The hammer holds in all positions but the cylinder does not rotate. (ANTIQUE)

Large European single shot flintlock dragoon style pistol, 13" barrel in the white with a brass blade front sight, brass hardware, smooth wood one-piece stock and iron ramrod. The pistol is in good overall condition showing light to moderate surface rust. The barrel, butt cap and brass strap on the left side of the pistol are all marked, "35". The tang is marked, "26" and there is no maker mark or proofs. The smooth wood stock shows significant wear and sanding. The bottom left side, above the trigger guard has "GAALAAS" burned into the wood. An interesting piece that deserves further research. (ANTIQUE)

Reid "My Friend" Knuckleduster SA pocket revolver, brass frame, nickel finish, foliate engraved, spur trigger. The gun is in very good overall condition retaining 60-70% of the thinning nickel finish with areas of light surface erosion and pin prick pitting. The unfluted cylinder shows light to moderate surface rust and corrosion. The frame and top strap displays 25-30% coverage in foliate scroll engraving with brass showing through thinning finish in areas. The left edge of the top strap is marked, MY FRIEND PATD. DEC. 26. 1865.  There are matching numbers on the frame and cylinder pin. The action rotates the cylinder but the hammer does not drop when the trigger is depressed. A nice, untouched Knuckleduster. (ANTIQUE)

U.S. Army Model 1871 Remington Arms Rolling Block pistol. No visible serial number. The 8" barrel is in .50 caliber center fire and has three lands and grooves. The Ordnance Department acquired 5000 of these pistols, 1871-72 for the St. Louis trial board. The case hardened receiver and the blued barrel are in excellent condition showing the majority of the original finish. The left side of the receiver has a stamped "S" and "P" proof. The pistol grip is in excellent condition and has a "CRS" inspector cartouche on the left side. (C&R)

Colt 1860 Army percussion revolver in fair overall condition with an 8" barrel with a German silver blade front and notch on the hammer rear sights. The metal surfaces show light to moderate pitting over the majority of the barrel, cylinder and frame. The gun has gone to an even gray patina with legible markings. The cylinder shows no scene or serial number. The COLT'S PATENT on the left frame is partially visible. The are several replacement screws and the later capping groove on the right side. The iron back strap is an even gray and the brass trigger guard shows no silver plating. The grips are very good and fit well retaining significant finish. The action is light but functions, holding at full cock. The pistol was manufactured in 1869. (ANTIQUE)

A rare Civil War era Austin T. Freeman patent revolver manufactured by Hoard's Armory, Watertown, New York from 1863-1864 with a total production of approximately 2,000. The gun features a 7.5" barrel with a dovetailed blade front and fixed rear sights. This example shows heavy use with the metal surfaces having gone to an even gray patina with light to moderate pitting on the frame, hammer and cylinder. There are no visible markings on the revolver other than the serial number. The smooth wood grips are in good condition showing some shrinkage with oil staining, a small dent at the base of the left panel and and an old, well completed repair at the rear of the same panel. The action functions and holds at half and full cock. A rare Civil War era revolver with an extremely limited production. (ANTIQUE)

Colt 1849 Pocket 5-shot percussion revolver, 6" octagon barrel, smooth walnut grips. The gun is in fair overall condition having gone to an even brown patina with moderate to heavy pitting on the cylinder and lever. The barrel shows areas of light pitting with sharp edges and a visible barrel address. There is considerable muted color case hardening still visible on the frame and a small section of original cylinder scene is present. All visible serial numbers are matching, including the wedge. The straps display the majority of the tarnished original silver plate. The smooth walnut grips are very good displaying a significant amount of original finish with scratches and mars. The action functions and the timing is good on this early pocket circa 1852. (ANTIQUE)

Colt 1860 Army percussion revolver in fair overall condition with an 8" barrel with a crudely replaced brass blade front and V notch on the hammer. The pistol is in good overall condition retaining 10-15% thinning blue finish, particularly in the protected areas. The cylinder bears a legible serial number with 30-40% cylinder scene. There is a sharp COLT PATENT mark on the left frame and matching serial numbers on the cylinder, barrel, frame and brass trigger guard. The metal surfaces show light to moderate pitting with surface erosion and dents. The nipples are all present and original while the safety pins are all hammered flat. The wedge is a crude replacement and several screw heads are stripped out. The smooth walnut two-piece grips are only fair with considerable shrinkage and heavy weathering. The bore is rough with scattered pitting. The action is not functioning with the cylinder not rotating and the hammer will not hold. An Army that would benefit from some TLC circa 1868. (ANTIQUE)

1988 MARTY BELL "OVERBROOK" DOUBLE SIGNED FRAMED PRINT ON CANVAS #669/900

1988 "Overbrook" a double signed Marty Bell framed print on canvas. The print displays a tranquil brook, stone ruins and spire in the woods. Well framed in medium walnut, the piece measures 15"H x 11.5" W and 20" x 17" framed. The print has a letter of authenticity attached to the back indicating it is #669/900. The print is double signed, dated and numbered in the bottom right corner. There is a gold tone plaque at the bottom marked, "OVERBROOK/Marty Bell". A nice decorator piece by a well-known contemporary artist.

1990 THOMAS KINKADE TRIPLE SIGNED, STAMPED PRINT ON CANVAS THE CHRISTMAS COTTAGE #336/550

1990 Thomas Kinkade print on artists canvas titled, The Christmas Cottage. The piece measures 16" W x 12" H and 24" x 20" framed. The frame is a decorative medium walnut with a cream colored canvas accent strip. The work depicts a snow covered cottage at Christmas. The piece is triple signed in the lower right hand corner, dated and numbered. The back side of the canvas displays a certificate of authenticity and limitation indicating the work was limited to 550 pieces on canvas, hand retouched and ink stamped on the canvas. There is a gold tone plaque at the bottom center marked, "THE CHRISTMAS COTTAGE/THOMAS KINKADE". A nice decorator piece with a couple small areas of damage on the frame.
