All sales are final ~ a bid is a legally binding contract between purchaser and Hanson Auctioneers. The auction company reserve the right to reject any and all bids for any reason. Hanson Auctioneers will not be held responsible in the event of any type of internet/computer malfunction while an auction is in progress. Based on the type of auction certain items require payment of sales tax 6.75% to the State of Minnesota. Those items will be clearly indicated. Hanson Auctioneers is a licensed Motor Vehicle Dealer in the State of Minnesota and as such is required to collect MN sales tax 6.5% and registration due on all vehicles sold to Minnesota Residents. Please be prepared to register a purchased vehicle after the purchase. In addition to payment you will need to bring the following documents: Picture MN Driver’s License and current proof of insurance for motor vehicles. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinate factor. Any statements made the day of the auction, take precedent over all printed material. It is up to the potential buyer to ask questions and view items prior to the auction. In no event shall Hanson Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchandise or of its condition. Hanson Auctioneers is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Hanson Auctioneers or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Hanson Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
