All purchases through Proxibid.com will be assessed an 18% buyer's premium. The credit card used at registration will be charged the total of your purchases, plus the buyer's premium. This auction is an Estate Sale therefore no Tennessee sales tax will apply. Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS-IS and that they may not return any item they purchase. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Clean-out Lots must be removed in their entirety. Any abandonment of Clean-out items may result in an assessed cleaning fee. Pick-up is available on Thursday, April 16th from 10:00am – 3:00pm (central) ONLY, by appointment and Friday, April 17th from 2:00pm - 4:00pm (central) ONLY, by appointment. All purchases for pick-up must be scheduled during those hours. We cannot store items to arrange pick-up. Items not retrieved during the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a $ 5.00/day storage fee plus a $ 25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchase not pick-up by 3:00pm on Tuesday, April 30th will be forfeited, resold and NO REFUND will be awarded.
