BRUCE CALRK ESTATE FARM MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT (NOTE: 2.5% Buyers Premium BUT with a $750.00 CAP per item !!!) Online bids will be taken prior to going live at 10:00 am CST on June 28th, 2025 when Online and Live bidding will take place.

Payment Instructions: The Auction of Bruce Clark Estate will begin Online by June 12th, 2025 and continue June 28th, 2025 at 10:00 am CST where Online and Live will run in unison. Online buyers will pay 2.5% with a $750.00 CAP Buyers Premium and a $10.00 fee for wire transfer of funds. Online buyers will be emailed fund transfer account information immediately after the Online items are sold. Online buyers are required to pay by wire transfer only by 1:00 pm CST day of sale. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR REGISTRATION INFORMATION IS CORRECT, namely your email address and phone number. If you need to contact Hoyland Auction for payment information, call Tiffany 309-696-6515 or Bob at 309-657-0827. (Note: If you do not already have an account to wire transfer money set up with your bank, it is a good idea to set it up prior to sale day so we can process in a timely manner, thank you.) Onsite buyers will be required by cash or good check immediately upon end of sale. Buyers registering online will pay the Buyers premium and wire funds transfer fee. All items are sold as is where is with no guarantees and/or warranties. Item pick up is June 28th, 29th, and Monday the 30th from 10:00 am thru 2:00 pm. unless other arrangements are made with the Auctioneer. All items must be removed by 2:00 pm the 30th unless other arrangements are made with the Auctioneer. IMPORTANT: Hoyland Auction does NOT guarantee the Internet from outages or connectivity. Hoyland Auction will do our best to ensure a successful and enjoyable Online experience but cannot guarantee items outside of our control.

Shipping Instructions: Item pick up is June 28th, 29th, and Monday the 30th from 10:00 am thru 2:00 pm. unless other arrangements are made with the Auctioneer. All items must be removed by 2:00 pm the 30th unless other arrangements are made with the Auctioneer.
Preview Date & Times: Please contact the auction company for preview dates & times. Most items will be at Sale Site week of Sale but check with the Auctioneer if driving from a distance.
Checkout Date & Times: All items MUST be settled day of sale prior to 1:00 pm CST. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you need to setup funds and/or wire transfer, PLEASE HAVE IT DONE PRIOR TO SALE as most banks close at noon.
