If we are selling coins we do not have the coins graded. You need to use your best judgement in determining grade. Additional images can be added to the listings if further inspection is needed. Just email the lot numbers that you want additional images taken of and we will post them in the online catalogue and/or email you directly. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Innovative Auctions or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Innovative Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid no less than 24 hours before the auction begins. Innovative Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyers Please do not waste your time with $1 purchases, especially out of state. When you bid the absolute minimum bid on one item and win that item at $1 or less remember that items still needs to be shipped. It does not matter how small the item may be the cost will most likely far exceed the purchase price. Please do not buy 1 an item for $1 and expect us to cover part of your shipping costs because shipping came out higher than the cost of the item. Shipping costs have NOTHING to do with how low your invoice is on the items. Shipping cost are fixed and we can not do anything to change that. Please be aware that you are about to participate in the auction sale of personal or real property. This type of sale is much different than your purchase of property at a retail store or from another type of merchant. There are absolutely no guarantees of the quality or condition of the items for sale or that the item will be suitable for your particular purposes. Innovative Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. RELY ONLY UPON YOUR INSPECTION OF THE ITEM. NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON WILL BE MADE. Removal is responsibility of the buyer. Please bring valid drivers license to confirm your identity at time of pickup. If you are sending someone to pick your items up they must have a copy of your invoice and an agent for Innovative Auctions Inc., must be contacted prior to pickup and informed that a third party is picking items up. Risk of Injury: Bidder acknowledges that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place and shall be deemed to be there at his own risk. No person shall have any claim against the auctioneers, their agents, employees or principals for any injuries sustained or for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever. REMOVAL OF ITEMS- No item may be removed from the auction site until the full bid price, buyers premium and taxes are paid. All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time or day that we have arranged as appointment only. The packaging, removal and loading of all items is the responsibility of the winning bidder. Please bring any packaging materials, moving equipment, personnel to assist in loading etc. that you might need. Items not picked up during that time will be considered abandoned property. NO refunds, credits or charge back's will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. After the scheduled removal, items will be considered abandoned YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO PICK UP AND REMOVE YOUR ITEMS AT THE POSTED REMOVAL TIMES. Bidders who do not pickup their items at the scheduled time or arrange shipping by removal date will be considered to have abandoned their purchases and agree that they will not be entitled to any refund or adjustment. Items will be sold to cover storage, moving and re-listing fees. Auctions are a great way for buyers to get great items at great prices. Auctions are also pretty fun to participate in. If you are an out of state buyer and do not want items shipped please notify us by email on Monday following auction that you will be picking them up.
