Payment Instructions: Your credit card will be charged within 48 hours following the auction for your total purchases including Buyer's Premium, NOT YOUR SHIPPING! This is a pickup only auction. Innovative Auctions Inc., does not pack or ship items. We recommend the UPS Store in Fairborn Ohio. UPS Fairborn works with us on a weekly basis. Any other shipper or shipping method will have to be arranged and pickup will have to be setup by the buyer. Please contact The UPS Store or your shipping agent before auction ends to get estimate of shipping cost and following the auction to arrange shipping. UPS Fairborn's contact number is 937-754-9999. Please contact them before removal date of auction. They pickup items at our facility every Thursday. We do not see your credit card information and do not give it to the UPS Store or your shipping agent. You will need to supply The UPS Store or your shipping agent with your payment information, name, paddle number, phone number and auction that items were purchased. Not giving them paddle number or auction items purchased can delay your shipment. If you are an out of state buyer and do not want items shipped please notify us by email on Monday following auction that you will be picking them up. Items not picked up or that shipping has been arranged by pickup day will be forfeited and re-sold with all proceeds going to Innovative Auctions for re-listing, transportation to our facility and storage fees!! No Exceptions!! We want this to be an enjoyable experience, but, items being left cause us to have to send trucks and employees to pick up left items. We also have to pay employees to re-list the items. We prefer buyers to pick up or have items shipped. We have no desire to re-sell items that someone has bought. Again, we prefer everyone to have an enjoyable experience. If a credit card is declined and Innovative Auctions can't get payment by the pickup day of auction items were purchased that buyer will not able to participate in any of our future auctions. If a buyer's credit card is declined and the buyer comes in on removal day to pickup the items. The ONLY form of payment that will be accepted on that day is cash! Please put your tax ID number in registration Information. If it is not in registration information you will be charged tax! We will NOT reimburse your tax if you have a Tax ID number and it is not in your registration information.

Shipping Instructions: All of our online only auctions are pick up only. if you are a out of state buyer we recommend UPS Fairborn, Ohio (937-754-9999). They will pick up, pack and ship your purchases. We do not pack or ship! We do not charge for shipping when we send your invoice. You will need to contact shipper and give them your payment information. Please contact them before removal date stated for an auction. UPS typically picks up items on Thursdays. Please contact them prior to auction closing to get an estimate for shipping. If items are not picked up or a buyer has not arranged shipping BEFORE auction removal date, items will be re-sold with all proceeds going to Innovative Auctions for re-listing, transportation and storage fees. If you are an out of state buyer and do not want items shipped please notify us by email on the Monday following the auction you bought items in that you do not want items shipped.

This auction is for Estate of John Charles Leber, Case Number 2018000146 Registering for this auction finalizes each bidder's agreement to the terms and conditions of sale as stated in the Contract and any Addenda which are incorporated by reference into your bidding.
