Terms and Possession: 15% down the day of auction, with the balance due on or before December 30, 2021 at which time possession will be given subject to the current lease which expires March 1, 2022. Current lease has been terminated. This farm will be offered as a cash transaction and NOT subject to financing contingencies. This farm is offered "As Is".
