Balance due in full at the end of the auction by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Credit Cards, unless the invoice is over $2,000.00. A 10% Buyer's Premium will apply to all purchases. Bidders with invoices over $2,000.00 will be e-mailed wiring instructions following the auction. Wires need to be sent within 24 hours after the end of the Auction. No item will be released, until satisfactory U.S. funds have been received in the Auctioneer's escrow account. Titles will be Mailed within 10 to 14 Business Days after the Auction. Any items left after the last day of checkout will be considered abandoned and all rights will be forfeited. Please be aware of the scheduled check out dates and times. This is immediately refundable if you do not purchase any items and will be applied towards your balance if you are a successful purchaser. Bidders acknowledge that any and all cause of action that may arise as a result of this Contract shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina and any action brought thereon must be brought in the General Court of Justice of Richmond County, North Carolina as the sole and exclusive venue.
