REGISTRATION: A valid credit card Visa/MasterCard/Discover is required to register and bid. By registering and bidding, the bidders acknowledge they understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the auction. Buyers are required to complete their research, due diligence, and inspection on the property, real or personal, being offered at auction prior to submitting their auction bid. However, errors may occur in the listing and in that case the description will take precedence over the photograph in determining the item being bid on. In no event shall JT McWilliams Auctioneers, LLC be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself, nor shall JT McWilliams Auctioneers, LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant- ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. The Seller shall have no obligation for repairs or replacements noted in any inspection(s) made by or for Buyer. Title / Tag Fee: $35.00 for all titled vehicles remaining in state of Georgia. Payment: All payments are due in full upon receipt of emailed invoice. Acceptable Forms of Payment: Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit Card w/ 3% administrative fee (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), Certified Check, Personal Check w/ Bank Letter of Guarantee. Example of Bank Letter: Mr. (customer name) is a customer in good standing at our bank. We will guarantee the payment of check on this account (acct #) up to (specify amount) Dollars for purchase at your auction on (date of auction). Removal: All items must be removed by Wednesday April 3, 2013. THERE WILL BE NO LOAD OUT ON SUNDAYS. Call Auction Company to schedule appointment for pick up. Items may be retrieved upon confirmation of cleared funds. Purchases become the responsibility of, and shall be, and remain at the risk of the purchaser immediately upon acceptance of his/her bid. It shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to insure his/her purchases immediately. Shipping: Buyer is solely responsible for all arrangements of packaging; shipping logistics and costs.
