Upon the close of the auction the winning bidder will be forwarded a Contract to Purchase via dotloop and returned same day (Signatures of all parties via dotloop should be completed within 30 minutes). The earnest deposit must be wired by 12:00 Noon, Monday, March 28, 2022. Earnest Deposit for this auction is $100,000.00.
Bidding is not contingent upon financing, make all financing arrangements prior bidding. The successful bidder is required to pay $100,000.00 as earnest money by wire transfer. Upon accepted offer all earnest money becomes nonrefundable.
