James Bean Estate Sales reserves the right to rescind or reject any bids. Requests for retractions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Bidders accept all auction items with all faults, whether visible or not. You are responsible for evaluating the true condition of items by reviewing descriptions, images, videos, and/or supporting documentation. Each bidder agrees that their decision to bid and the bid amount are based solely on their own assessment and judgment of the auction items. Buyers are liable for all costs related to the transportation and other expenses involved in the physical transfer of auction items from their location at the end of the auction.
