Payment Instructions: A 10% buyer premium will be added to all purchases. Payments may be made by cash, wire transfer, or credit card (Visa/MC, AmExp or Discover) on day of auction. A 3% transaction fee will be added to all credit card purchases-2% on debit cards. A $25 processing fee will be added to all titled irems. An additional $25 EVR fee along with appropriate sales tax will be added to all vehicles that need a temporary tag. No sales tax will be added to any vehicle that does not need a temporary tag. The sales tax will be paid when vehicle is registered at DMV. BIDDERS WITH INVOICES $1000.00 AND UNDER: Unless bidders have paid in full onsite on auction day, the bidders credit card will be charged after the auction. BIDDERS WITH INVOICES OVER $1000.00: Unless bidders have paid in full onsite on auction day the bidders credit card will be charged $1000.00. Bidders must contact Johnny King at 864-554-0929 or email johnny@jkauctions.com within 24 hours to arrange payment of remaining balances. Invoices must be paid in full within 48 hours of the auction. ALL BIDDERS THAT HAVE NOT PAID IN FULL WITHIN 48 HOURS WILL BE REPORTED TO PROXIBID AS NON-PAYING BIDDERS. NO EXCEPTIONS. A 7% South Carolina/Pickens County sales tax will be added to all purchases unless buyer has a valid resale certificate with the exception of vehicles. No sales tax will be charged on titled vehicles unless a temporary tag is issued.
