On the final day of bidding Tuesday, January 21, 2020, there will be bidding stations available at the Johnson Properties headquarters at 48 Progressive Parkway, Angier, NC 27501 and there will be people available to assist. There will be NO items at this event. Removal: Johnson Properties is not handling shipping arrangements. Removal is at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Lots will be available for pick up only upon the presentation of the paid bill. This is an ONLINE AUCTION; PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS during the scheduled removal times OR PAY THE ADDITIONAL FEE TO HAVE THEM PACKAGED AND SHIPPED; NO refunds or charge back's will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times. All winning bid items not picked up before 4PM on Thursday, January 23, 2020 are considered forfeited and abandoned. No refunds or adjustments will be given.
