Payment Instructions: At the end of the auction, payment funds are expected to be available to process, to include funds for the items, buyer’s premium, handling & service fee. We may charge your card at the auction end for the items & buyer’s premium with the shipping & handling charges to follow when shipped. Most of the time we wait until the packing is complete & process your card just once. Normally, the next business day. If your card is declined on the first attempt you will be charged a $10.00 service fee (less than most companies). ***This applies to bidders who intentionally have no funds in the account to protect against fraud. We process all transaction through APN, at no time do we have your credit card information. If you really want to bid on something & you need a few days for funds to be available, email Teri or Bob at the end of the auction. For local bidders who are picking items up, we accept cash or checks. If you are a new customer and want to pay cash, contact Bob or Teri. In most cases, we can wait a few days for pick-up & payment. Items not paid for & picked up within 7 days, you will be charged for your items along with a $10.00 service fee. Long distance bidders, need to pay within 10 days, but pick-up can go out longer. K & K Auction Service, Inc. at no time has the ability to see your maximum bid. When doing business with us, you are dealing with a trusted seller.

Shipping Instructions: All packaging is done in-house, No expensive packaging store! We ship most items the next business day, no more than 2 or 3 days. COST: Actual Postage (most items are shipped FED-EX). Materials (recorded at time of packing). HANDLING & SERVICE FEE: $5.00 for the first lot & $.50 for each lot containing smaller items. Large lots, breakable, large or heavy items is $1.00 per lot. We are unable to combine shipping from auction to auction.
