Payment Instructions: Normally with-in 24 hours of the auction close I will charge you credit card that is on file with PROXIBID for the purchase price. Exceptions to this are for local buyers who wish to pay upon pick-up. If you a first time area buyer please send a note telling me that you would like to pay upon pick-up. Please make checks out to” Midwest Asset Recovery, llc or MAR. llc. or bring the exact amount of cash. For out of area buyers, I will charge your credit card for shipping once I get it packaged. This can take several days. I am working to improve procedures to speed all aspects of the business up. So, if it seems to take a while, please note ‘I am trying’.

Shipping Instructions: LOCAL PICK-UP WILL BE SUNDAY JUNE 27TH FROM NOON UNTIL 4:00. Other arrangements may be possible, however the house needs to be empty by the 30th. BRING HELP AND TOLLS FOR REMOVAL OF YOUR ITEMS. I WILL TRY TO HAVE SOMEONE THERE TO HELP LOAD FURNITURE BUT YOU WILL NEED TO PAY HIM. To my buyers who need shipping, anything of reasonable size will be shipped... Contact me if you have questions. All items to be shipped will be packaged by me. I do charge a sevice fee above the actual postage.
Preview Date & Times: There will be a preview for this auction on Wednesday June 23rd from Noon until 7:00pm. I will post the address on the home later. It is located in NE Rochester. Come out and take a look. If you cannot make this date, contact me.
