Payment Instructions: EFFECTIVE: August 13th 2011, Purchases will be charge to the credit card on file at the auction close or the next day. Shipping charges to follow at time of packing. I am working towards doing the shipping charge at the same time for ease of record keeping, so you may see only one invoice & one charge in the near future. I am charging a service fee to buyers whose credit cards do not process on the first attempt. $10.00 for the first decline and $2.50 for each day until processing has completed. We do Charge a Service Fee above actual shipping costs: On an ‘easy’ to package order: $4.00, - ‘medium’: $6.50, - ‘hard’ $9.00.Only for the very difficult would there ever is a charge more than $9.00. We do combine shipping for our most frequent buyers, contact us for further information. Service fee may seem high, but it is less than most companies & is far less than driving to most auctions
