You must be 18 years or older to purchase a long gun and 21 years or older to purchase a hand gun. Out of state buyers are able to take long guns across state lines but will need to have hand guns shipped to a local FFL dealer of their choice. SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE ON ALL ITEMS UNLESS THE DESCRIPTION STATES OTHERWISE- If you purchase a gun and would like it shipped you will need to email a copy of your local FFL dealer's license to the email on your invoice. West Virginia buyers can choose to have their firearms transported to the West Virginia Kaufman Realty & Auctions office to do background checks there. The fee for this is $25 for the first gun and $10/gun after that. Please contact the auctioneer in charge if you would like to select this option. In the event a buyer fails to pass a background check they will not be refunded the money. However the buyer can consign the firearm to be sold in the next auction. Neither we nor the online auction platform will be responsible for any missed bids or failure of the software to function properly. The auctioneer shall resolve all bidding disputes at his or her sole discretion, and such decision shall be final and binding upon the bidders. Bids placed in the final minutes of the auction may extend the auction according to the terms of the specific auction. RESERVE AUCTION: Unless otherwise stated in the Auction Announcements and auction specific terms, under Ohio law all auctions are reserve auctions. Please review the auction specific terms for this issue. If this auction is with reserve, bids remain binding upon the bidder(s) until seller has confirmed or declined bids within 24 hours unless otherwise stated. BUYERS PREMIUM: If a buyer’s premium is charged, that amount will be added to your final bid. For instance, if the Buyer’s Premium is 10% and your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $110.00. PAYMENT: Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover) Invoices over $2,000 will be required to pay via wire transfer. FIRM PICK-UP DATE: All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup time(s) unless alternate arrangements agreed to by the Auctioneer are made in advance of the pick-up date. Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions & will be handled at our discretion. Kaufman Realty & Auctions reserves the right to resell your items in a future sale without issuing a refund. SHIPPING: Kaufman Realty & Auctions utilizes Shipping Saint as a third party for our carrier. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost plus packaging and labor. Insurance is provided for damage which occurs during shipment. In the event of damage during shipment, Buyer’s recovery is limited to available insurance and in no event shall it exceed the purchase price of the damaged item. Please check the auction specific terms prior to bidding to confirm whether or not shipping is available. FIREARMS: We observe all Federal and State gun laws. The same person who registers to bid number MUST be the one to pay and pick up the firearm(s) at the conclusion of the sale – no one else will be permitted to make the transfer. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BID FOR ANOTHER PERSON. If applicable to the sale, successful bidders will be subject to and must pass the FBI Instant Check – NICS. JURISDICTION AND VENUE: For auctions originating out of Ohio, jurisdiction and venue shall exclusively lie in the courts of Wayne, Holmes, or Tuscarawas County, and Ohio law shall apply. For West Virginia auctions, jurisdiction and venue shall exclusively lie in the Courts of Harrison County, and West Virginia law shall apply.
