Tazewell County Parcel # 21-21-14-400-001 Annual Property Taxes (Based on 2019 figures): $9,515.00 Tract 1 of the “Mary Ryan D’Arcy Farm” -Westernmost tract -Access from the South, on Ryan Road -100 +/- Acres (Subject to final survey, which will be completed no later than January 12, 2021) -Approximately 94.64 +/- tillable acres, with the remaining acreage consisting of waterways, and a small creek with surrounding timber that meanders through the NW portion of the farm.
