It features a bold and primitive brushed cobalt blue decoration res...moreembling abstract floral or winged motifs around the upper shoulder. The crock has a rolled rim and incised collar, with slight firing irregularities consistent with 19th-century production. Displays well with strong color contrast and classic utilitarian form.

10" Southern Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Jug
