from the Mark Walz Estate North Dakota. Bag measures approx 33" overall length which includes 17" bag plus 10" of beading, approx. 4 1/2" quill work & approx 11" of fringe. Full front & back beading still overall in nice condition w/some missing/loose beads on edges. Some visible repairs to leather on top portion. Quill work amounts to 23 rawhide strands, most in good condition w/some showing thread repair. Looks to be a circa late 1800's Plains Indian style & overall a very impressive beaded & Quilled pipe bag....more
