Bidders must furnish a bank certified letter of credit and / or a 25% deposit of the total amount bid when total bidding exceeds $5,000; this sum will be applied to any successful bids or promptly refunded in case of an overage. 4. Lots delivered in Wisconsin are subject to 5.5% State Sales Tax, unless a resale permit from your State is on file with us. 1. Items will be shipped to buyer as soon as payment is received in full. We do reserve the right to hold shipments until we can verify that your funds have cleared our bank. 2.
