20.5" "T"-form blade - ricasso marked with various proofs - blade back engraved "mre d'armes de st etienne fabre 1878" - hooked quillon is stamped with various proofs & numbered "79453" - brass pommel - wood grips, with some wear - metal scabbard number "97814", with usual wear - overall length 26"
British 1907 Bayonet
17" spear-pointed blade, with single fuller & soft grey patina finish - ricasso marked "CHAPMAN", "1907", a manufacture date of "10'16", obverse ricasso marked with various proofs - pommel marked "HO/81" - wood grips - overall length 21.75"
NSDAP Swastika Banner with G.I. Signatures
96" x 58" - 3-piece, double-sided banner - swastikas printed on white circles & machine sewn on to vivid red field - material shows little staining and minimal wear - G.I. Signatures featured; Harold S. Bullock served as a pilot with Army Air Corps, flying a P47 Thunderbolt & received the Air Medal for his ground support mission at Bastogne in the Battle of the Bulge. Eldon F Irish, 1st Lieut w/U.S. Army Air Forces 389th Fighter Squadron, 366th Fighter Group earning an Air Medal w/oak leaf cluster. - Lee Rorex Captain of the 9th U.S. Army Force in Europe, flew in 389th fighter Squadron, 366th Fighter Group. Wayne L. Mickelson, George R. Gray, H.O. Taylor, Thomas E. Crabtree, John J. Tuite, John E. Davis, Harry C. Hayes, Robert S. Newell, James E. Head and Louis Gibson. Just to name a few of the American heroes that are named on this flag.
