Payment Instructions: Payment is due before the equipment can leave the lot or 48 hours after the auction ends. All items are as is, where is with no faults. All descriptions believed to be accurate, but not warranted. NO guarantees on ANY items. By placing a bid the bidder signifies that they agree to pay the bid price + BP. The sellers reserve the right to reject the final bid. There will be a 4% buyers premium on all items with a $1000 cap per item. Shipping Instructions: As a buyer you are 100% responsible for shipping and trucking from the lot. ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE OFF THE LOT NO MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER THE AUCTION DATE. Loading dock onsite Any items left after the 30 days will be subject to storage fees or will be forfeited. Pick up dates: Monday March 17th thru Friday March 21st, 9:00am to 5:00pm All pick ups after the 21st must be by appointment ONLY and must be scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance. Gates are locked on lot, so no items can be removed without notice. Checkout Date & Times: CLOSED SUNDAYS Monday March 17th - Friday March 21st 9:00am-5:00pm After these times please call auction company to schedule an appointment. No one will be loaded after dark or in inclement weather. (Heavy rain, high winds, etc.)

Driving Directions: 7 miles east of Macomb IL. to the junction of Route 136 & Route 41. Then head south on route 136 for one mile.

Special Terms

Bidders are required to register with proper identification prior to bidding and must use the number issued to them when bidding. Online bidders are required to register with Proxibid.
