Shipping Instructions: Kyle Waters Auction Company will not arrange details or ship any items from this auction. All shipping and pick up details will be the buyer's responsibility. We can offer third party contact information if needed, but all pricing and information will be between the buyer and the transporter. We do have access to a dock for loading. Please make arrangements with Kyle Waters Auction Company if you are planning to pick up on days other than the stated pick-up days. Our office is 75 miles from the auction site, and we will need to ensure we can be there and determine if our loader is still there. Any item bought, and the buyer cannot get it hauled will be forfeited, as no refunds will be given.
Preview Date & Times: Inventory will be available for preview on Friday December 6th. 9:30 am -4pm
Checkout Date & Times: Items can be picked up on auction day, the following Monday 12/9 9:30-4, Wed 12/11 9:30-4, or by appointment. 770-710-1692 Kyle. All items must be picked up by 12/21/2024 with no exceptions.

No warranty will be given or implied and no refunds will be given. A bid means you agree and understand the terms and conditions. We will list details to the best of our knowledge, but we may not have every detail. Our staff and I will be glad to answer any questions to the best of our ability. All purchases must be removed by 12/7 with NO EXCEPTIONS! Any item left after the allotted time will be forfeited, as we have a deadline to have the lot cleaned off.
