This auction will feature antique furniture, new Bobcat lawnmowers, new Big Dog lawnmowers, new Red Max lawnmowers, new gas powered Boleo track barrows, new gas-powered Boleo track chippers, equipment trailers, aluminum horse trailer, International roll back, sawmill, flail mower, new reel mowers, building materials, tile, granite bathtub, new coolers, new mid split air conditioners, off road dump truck, dirt moving equipment, restaurant equipment, fire pits, and more. Full inventory will be posted soon. Kyle Waters Auction Company will post more inventory and details as we start the catalog. Auction will be held inside a climate-controlled building on the property. Mutt and Jeff's Smokehouse will be onsite providing food for the day.

Payment Instructions: Kyle Waters Auction Company will accept cash, credit cards, wire transfers, and checks accompanied with bank letter of guarantee made payable to Kyle Waters Auction Company good for June 21, 2025. Buyer's will pay 10% buyer's premium, sales tax if applicable, and 5% convenience fee with credit cards. Cash, check, and wire transfers convenience fees will be reduced to 2%. All sales are final. No refunds. All items are for local pick up only. We at Kyle Waters Auction Company will not ship items. Any shipping or pick up arrangements will be solely the buyer's responsibility.
