If you are the winning bidder on site or online, the item is yours and no refund will be given. A bid means you agree and understand the terms. We will list the details as we get them from the consignor or as we know them, but that may or may not cover everything. Our staff and I will be glad to answer any questions to the best of our ability. All purchases must be removed within 7 DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS! Pick up will be 10/17 or by appointment. We will have a loader on site that day to load farm equipment. Any other day, arrangements must be made ahead of time to ensure loader is onsite.
