Farm equipment, furniture, shop items, estate items, gun safe, animal mounts, both native to Georgia and not native, and more. ALL ITEMS WILL BE SOLD ABSOLUTE TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY OCTOBER 19TH. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping Instructions: NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED. All items must be picked up within 7 days of the auction BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We will be onsite 10/17 for pick up. All other appointments must be made with Kyle Waters Auction Company. Our auction company does not own the land and will not be on site after the 7 days. Items left more than 7 days will be forfeited and done away with by auction company or property owner. No refunds will be given for forfeited merchandise. We can provide names of possible delivery options, but the arrangements must be made between you and them and they must pick up within the 7 days.
Preview Date & Times: Inventory will be available for preview on Friday September 28th from 9-5 and Wednesday October 12th 9-4. Address will be posted before preview. Follow signs. Cell phone service is not great up there. There will be signs at every turn.
Checkout Date & Times: Pick up will be 10/17 9-5 or by appointment. All items must be picked up within 7 days, no exceptions. Loader will be onsite on 10/17 to load farm equipment. Any other day that a loader is needed, please make arrangements ahead of time.

All items are sold as is where is. It is your responsibility to check out the items before the auction. No warranty will be given or implied. If you are the winning bidder on site or online, the item is yours and no refund will be given. A bid means you agree and understand the terms. We will list the details as we get them from the consignor or as we know them, but that may or may not cover everything. Our staff and I will be glad to answer any questions to the best of our ability. All purchases must be removed within 7 DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS! Pick up will be 10/17 or by appointment. We will have a loader on site that day to load farm equipment. Any other day, arrangements must be made ahead of time to ensure loader is onsite.
