Description

This auction will be a two-day event liquidating hundreds of lots from the owner's 20+ years in the pawn business and even longer with a love to hunt, find, and buy a variety of items. This auction will be day one on Friday, Sept. 16 with two auctions on Saturday. Please look for an auction featuring guns, knives, and ammo on Saturday morning, and a second day partial liquidation following the gun auction on Saturday. Full inventory will be posted soon. This auction will feature tools, advertisements, mounts, jewelry, gold, silver, purses, and much more. Please check back often for full inventory and information.

Shipping Instructions: Shipping will be upon auctioneers' discretion. Shipping costs will be addressed first of next week when we will reach out to each buyer for payment of purchases. If you plan to buy large items, check with the auction company prior to the auction about shipping arrangements. Vehicles and large items will need to be picked up at Platinum Pawn or arrange for a trucking company or shipping company to deliver, and those arrangements will be made between buyer and company. Platinum Pawn and Kyle Waters Auction Company can provide contact information for individuals we have used for trucking but will not be responsible for trucking large items. If you buy an item and cannot pick it up or arrange delivery arrangements within 10 business days, you will forfeit your purchased items.
Preview Date & Times: Inventory will be available for preview during business hours the week prior to the auction.

All items are sold as is where is. It is your responsibility to check out the inventory before the auction or call Kyle Waters Auction Company with questions. No warranty will be given or implied. If you are the winning bidder on site or online, the item is yours and no refund will be given. A bid means you agree and understand the terms. We will list the details as we get them from the consignor or as we know them, but that may or may not cover everything. Our staff and I will be glad to answer any questions to the best of our ability. All purchases must be removed within TEN BUSINESS DAYS. NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping arrangements will be made through Platinum Pawn. Contact information posted closer to auction. Kyle Waters Auction Company will not be shipping any items.
